  • Concepting and designing visual assets for marketing initiatives

Your skills:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a designer
  • Wide range of design skills from graphic to motion (in Adobe CC and similar)
  • Brand design & performance-driven design expertise
  • Experience in stakeholder management and presentations
  • Advanced illustration, photography or video cutting skills are a plus

We are looking for a passionate design addict who is eager to help us bring our mission of sparking improvement in the world of work to life. The role is perfectly suited for anyone who loves to get hands on creative tasks and has an aesthetic eye for details. The daily routine that is waiting for is shaped by operational design challenges mostly related to marketing initiatives (performance and brand) in the B2C as well as in the B2B world. Additionally, this includes visual designs for our digital product in close alignment with the UX team.

In this role you would be part of the brand design team and collaborating with talented experts in their fields. To support the mission of our team, both a creative mind as well as a sharp understanding for brand building through design are essential.
