In 3 stages to your new job

The following three stages will guide you through our application process. Depending on the position or industry, these will be adapted and individually adjusted to the requirements. But don't worry, you will receive all information about the process from our recruiters in advance.

Get to know us

Our first meeting takes place either by video or telephone interview. We would like to get to know you as a person and introduce ourselves as an employer. Feel free to use the opportunity to ask all your open questions about the job or the working environment. So please think about everything you would like to know in advance.

Professional and personal

Did you like our first meeting as much as we did? Then the first meeting will be followed by a second interview in which we will discuss your professional and personal skills. Here you can expect different exercises such as a case or a role play. You will receive all the necessary information from us in good time so that you can prepare yourself in the best possible way.

Meet the team

Of course, it is especially important to us that you get to know your future team. At a personal or virtual meeting you can exchange ideas with your potential new colleagues and your team leader to get an insight into your future everyday life and workplace.

How long does the application process take?

Our job advertisements are designed for you to start with us as soon as possible and to be staffed immediately. Depending on how flexible you are, you may be able to start in your new dream job in just a few weeks. On average, the application process takes about 3 weeks for specialists and 4 weeks for managers. For strategically important positions, the process can take longer.

Which documents do you need?

In the focus of your application is the resume. If you wish, you can upload a cover letter or a letter of motivation, but this is no longer necessary for us. You are welcome to attach other documents.

You always have the possibility to work from your home office, but some jobs are also designed to be on site sometimes. You can always discuss this individually with your team leader.

We are happy to help you with the application for the work permit and your associated visa. We do not take care of private matters such as finding a place to live, but as your employer we are always available to answer any questions you may have in order to make the move as stress-free as possible for you.

The corporate language at our company is English, which means that all official meetings are conducted in English. Depending on the location, meetings are also conducted in the respective national language. So you can look forward to many international colleagues.

We want to get to know you as a person, so dress the way you feel most comfortable.

All our employees are paid in market conformity, and salaries are also reviewed annually and compared with the market. We have decided to make our salaries transparent so that no gender gaps or other salary differences can arise. Feel free to check our job advertisements for your salary range.
