An initiative of the Voices of the New Work Group

XINGfluencer is the name of our Corporate Influencer Program @XING and belongs to the overarching Ambassador program Voices of the New Work Group. The XINGfluencer are a self-organised people network of XING.
The first round of XINGfluencers were hand-picked and kicked-off in October 2023.
Our first round of XINGfluencer was kicked-off on October 4th, 2023. To start off with, we decided to hand-pick 11 candidates from all locations, seniorities and many different disciplines.
These are the XINGfluencers:

Frederike Höhn, Content Manager, Hamburg
Laura Grau, Director Engineering, Valencia
Rubén Abad Sánchez, Team Lead Engineering, Barcelona
Pedro Machado, Team Lead Engineering, Porto
Linda focusses on Recruiting, Community Management, Community Building and Training.
Maike focusses on Strategy, Product and Brand Fit, PR & Communications as well as aligning with the overarching Voices of the New Work Group program.
We will start expanding our program in early 2024 and let you know once applications are possible.
You don't need to have a large network or post regularly on social media to join us. One of the goals of the program is for us to help you grow your reach/network. However, you should have a basic understanding and interest in social media.
We specifically want all locations to join. Our first round of XINGfluencer (kicked-off in October 2023) are from Hamburg, Porto, Valencia, and Barcelona.
We can't give you a specific number of hours that you have to spend on XINGfluencing each week. However, we do expect our participants to be active regularly on social media and to take time for social exchanges and networking events with the other Voices of the New Work Group.
Our first round of XINGfluencers meets regularly:
fixed monthly catch-up (45min)
optional weekly Open hour slot (30min)
Besides that, our XINGfluencer attend trainings to be most effective in their Corporate Influencer role as well as plan and execute their specific initiatives.
The Voices of the New Work Group is our overarching corporate influencer program. It unites the onlyfy Voices (corporate influencers of the onlyfy brand), the New Work Voices (corporate influencers of the employer brand New Work SE) and the XINGfluencers (corporate influencers of the XING brand). At XING, we work closely with the other programs in order to coordinate in the best possible way and also benefit from each other's knowledge.
