As a XING product management trainee (m/f/x), you’ll join an 18-month rotational trainee programme for aspiring product managers looking to craft outstanding digital solutions.

Exciting times await you

You’ll join an interesting and exciting 18-month programme where you’ll train as a product manager.

You’ll experience 4 different areas within our B2C and B2B products along with insights into our product community.

As well as getting hands-on, you’ll attend various professional and soft skill training courses to develop and hone your skills.

You’ll be mentored by one of our product directors throughout the programme.

VARIED TRAINING

Overview of the training modules

Development Process

Gain insights into product development, be it agile methods, roadmap planning or prioritising and defining OKRs – you’ll learn everything within this module.

Data & Analytics

Have you ever wondered how we use data to shape future product development? If so, this training module is for you.

Engineering basics

Let’s get technical! Programming languages, design systems and testing – you’ll learn everything there is to know on the technical setup at XING.

User insights, UX & market research

Do you want to know how we find out what our users want? If so, you can look forward to this training week covering topics such as user research, design thinking and prototyping.
