Benefits
Application
The various departments at New Work SE are looking for working students and interns all year round - we have something for everyone. To apply for a position, please send us your application documents. These should include your current CV, a short covering letter and, if applicable, references from previous employers or your university.
Telephone interview
Our telephone interviews take place with the respective departments. This gives both sides the opportunity to get a first impression of each other. You can also ask the contact person any questions you still have. The best way to prepare for the interview is to look at the advertised position and find out more about New Work SE.
Job interview
Still have questions? In your personal interview or virtual video interview, you will have another chance to get rid of any last questions and we will ask you all the important questions along the way.
The day has come and you are desperately standing in front of your wardrobe? It's not the outfit that counts for us, it's your personality that counts.
Contract
You will usually hear back from us by phone about your application and the interviews. Your contract will run via New Work Young Professionals GmbH, where our young professionals are employed. You will receive a fixed salary which, as a student, is based on the number of hours you work per week.
We regularly organize student days and get-togethers for our young professional community. This gives you the opportunity to connect and make friends outside of work - and of course there's pizza and lemonade too.
We cannot guarantee that you will be taken on, but you have the opportunity to express your interest via our Young Professional Recruiting Pool and we will contact you (even if you are no longer part of New Work SE).
We offer Students Days every six months. Have you always wanted to learn to code or have your application documents checked out? Then this is the right place for you. You can also get regular feedback and talk to your team lead about individual development opportunities.
With us, every young professional has a so-called supervisor. A supervisor is responsible for all your questions and usually also for assigning tasks. A supervisor is therefore your personal contact person in your team. You also have a people manager. A people manager is usually the team lead of a department.
This varies depending on the location - but you will receive detailed instructions before you start with us.
If you are a citizen of a non-EU country, we require a valid work and residence permit as well as your passport.
We are happy to supervise interns. Take a look at the job page to see if there is a suitable internship for you. Would you like to do a compulsory internship? Talk to your university to find out whether your desired internship fulfills the requirements for a mandatory internship and let us know whether it is a voluntary or mandatory internship.
When the time comes, you will receive all the relevant information from us. Now nothing stands in the way of your successful start with us.
