Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung unseres B2B Business sowie Budget- und Forecastplanung
  • Monitoring und Reporting aller relevanten KPIs
  • Entwicklung von Business Modellen zur Bewertung von Geschäftsaktivitäten
  • Sparringspartner:in für relevante Schnittstellen, insbesondere Marketing, Product & Controlling
  • Direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle relevanten Stakeholder
  • Unterstützung bei Crossfunktionalen Projektthemen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
  • Erste berufliche Erfahrungen in einem verwandten Bereich und hohe Affinität zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Analytische Stärke, Enthusiasmus für datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Begeisterung an der Teamarbeit, aber auch Freude am selbständigen, flexiblen Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, speziell Excel und Power Point
  • Idealerweise Vorkenntnisse in Adobe Analytics, Tableau oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Du zeigst auf Basis aussagekräftiger KPIs Optimierungsmöglichkeiten, leitest eigenständig Handlungsoptionen ab und lieferst Impulse für unsere Go-To-Market Aktivitäten und zur Produktoptimierung. Du führst Business Reviews durch, erstellst Forecasts und bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Analytics- und Controlling-Teams. Verfolge mit uns gemeinsam das Ziel, das Arbeitsleben kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
