Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the support and administration of the CRM system salesforce.com.
  • Your tasks include first and second level support for our users.
  • Customizing and implementing sales, marketing and service processes in the CRM system salesforce.com is also part of your daily business.
  • You also integrate new apps and functionalities.
  • You will also be responsible for operational quality assurance for all system adjustments.
  • Collaboration is not only limited to internal teams and departments, but also includes the management of external service providers.

Your skills:

  • You have completed a business degree or a comparable qualification.
  • You have very good configuration knowledge (customizing standard software) in salesforce.com.
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in sales-related areas, is an advantage.
  • You also have strong analytical and communication skills as well as a high degree of initiative and commitment.
  • A solution-oriented approach to system development will benefit you.
  • And you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • You have good English skills.
